People have been hired with less than the published minimums. If you want to just make a note in the section of the application stating when and how you are planning on getting three more hours of multi. They may even tell you not to worry about it. I really doubt that three more hours spinning an extra engine is going to make you a different pilot than you already are.

Was told to plan on that date as well, no confirmation nor packet yet. Not all that worried, it has only been 8 business days seince I got the call (7/25), and the 10th is still over a month away. But hopefully the phone will ring soon!
