I just have to say that I really think that they are top notch at Mesaba because when I talked to Steve yesterday about my class date he said that I should let him know if I want a month off before I start class because he would just move my class date. I graduate school in December and start the 31st. I was hired at the end of May so I was surprised to hear him give me a choice.

If you dare, you can look back through the pages of this thread [or book, however you see it] and find one of those discussions. I think it's this thread, if not, it's in one of the other few Mesaba ones.

I was offered a class in November and have a few questions on some work rules.

1. What is deadhead pay? (100%, 50%?)
2. Pay for cancellations? (Wx, Mx, any others)
3. Any pay for Repo, Runup, or Limo/Transportation?
4. Hot reserve pay?
5. Does crew scheduling make trading trips with someone like pulling teeth?

Thanks for any info you guys might have. Also does anyone know what routes the -200 will be flying?

All very good questions I'd like to know the answer to as well.

My understanding is you do get paid for cancellations but I'm not sure about the rest.
