Also, a big factor on MSP seniority movement is the arrival of jets into MSP. So far, we've already received the first wave of MSP CR9's which caused lots of movement there. We won't get more of those until sometime next year. The reason MSP slowed down is 'cause the 200's got put on hold. Those are starting up again next month around 2 per month. That should grease up the old MSP Saab lists. Pretty soon, pilots who were waiting 2-4 months will be moving there together with pilots who were waiting 2-4 weeks, or 2-4 days, or 2-4 hours.

It's be kinda like 8 year FO's upgrading side by side with 2 month FO's!

Keep in mind that a lot of new hires are from the east and are wanting to be based out of DTW, so that may speed things up.
Please give us some background behind your Avatar?!

How long is it taking from the time you get a call, telling you that you got the job, to the time you get a class date? (new hire FOs) Is it happening at the same time for some?

That's great!

On the average, I think it takes most candidates 3-5 business days for the pee/background checks to come back okay.

On me, they were going to retest my SIM in the new CRJ sim, but I guess they changed their mind.

I think I was (initially) too nervous and I need to learn to relax a bit. I'm confident, but the interview situation was something very new to me.

yeah I know what you mean about the sim, I feel good about the entire interview, except for a few parts in the sim. I was a little shaky at some points, but all in all I hope it was good enough. I just got nervous in the sim!
