I'd go with S. Florida if you can afford the real estate. There's plenty of flying opportunities, major sports, the beach, and all sorts of sunshine. If the Miami area is too expensive try a little further North ie. Pompano or Deerfield Beach.

as a south floridian... i absolutely agree... nothing beats warm weather year round... ladies always wearing "light" apparel. its just great.... even the 50yr old ladies are hot.... cant beat it.
