The floodgates are opening at AWAC

Hi everyone,
I have a few questions about AWAC. It seems that about 2 years ago this was the place to go, good contract, good pay, good lines, everything, along with comair, was the place to be. What happened? How does it compare to Xjet? SKW? RAH? What is the difference? How much better or worse are the other company's? Sorry to post this all, I'm trying to make sense of all this stuff before I take the plunge in the next few months. Also what are upgrade times? I know they are likely to change, however what is the general trend? Thanks for the help.

United giving our flying to Skywest, Mesa, TSA, Chautauqua and GoJet. The company parked the 146 (domiciled in ATW and DEN) and shrunk to only 70 RJs based on the east coast, shifting domiciles from DEN and ORD to ORD and IAD and now DCA, PHL and ORF.
Its still a good company to work for and our concessionary contract still is near the top of the regional industry ...just not the same as a few years back for a multitude of reasons.
Upgrade time is just a fuzz over 3 years IIRC.
