SKW Class-date

Ask those at Comair or AWAC if they'd take their pay/stability or our pay/stability/growth/upgrade. BTW, my W2's consistently beat those of my friends at other carriers. I'll make $45K+ my second year as FO at SKW, I hold 3 & 4 day trips that begin around noon and end before noon, not to mention I'll upgrade long before they do (CA pay please).
Remember that being tops in the industry will only lead to higher cost and less flying. There has to be balance and SKW does a great job keeping us WELL above average in both pay and QOL while maintaining/gaining flying that allows us to grow, upgrade and ultimately make more money. When your future is based up codeshares it’s imperative that you keep cost low and moral high, nobody does it better than SKW; this is business 101.

It's part of how they offset your training cost. Bottom line, first year pay SUX EVERYWHERE!
UPS only pays $33 an hour first year; second year's a different story. All the Legacies pay around $30-$35 an hour first year, with the exception of US Airways that pays $25 and Delta that pays $49.

Welcome to the BEST regional in the industry where our goals are high and our standards are even higher. Most people know this and I'm sure you did too. Our managment team is the best in the regional industry comparable to Herb and Gordan, so you know we will be around for a long time. You made a good choice and I notice you came from another carrier which one was it? I'm sure it was a former Alpa carrier, we get plenty of people from other carriers.
The lines out of SLC and DEN are great lots of west coast flying to fun destinations that our crews enjoy going to.

I agree!
Hey Freez, how's the branded going? Any numbers out? I've seen you guys in ABQ, GEG, ONT and SMF. The colors are growing on me but it would be a lot cooler if your guys wore afros!
Ha Ha Ha! Straight 70's baby! Maybe some dice in the windows, shag carpet and necked female mud flaps. Oh Yaaaaaaaaa!!
Best of luck and I'm pulling for you.

I would also like to add something ExperimentalAB, you might get attacked by some people who work for some less desirable regionals. They do this because they are jelious of the success of skywest and the fact that at the end of the year we make more.
