Default Face covering Laws Thread

Does anyone find the required face mask laws unconstitutional? Mandating $1000 dollar fines doesn’t make me feel like I am in America.

What city/or state is issuing $1000 fines? That’s ridiculous.

Port Jeff, Long Island you’ll be arrested by Suffolk PD for walking your dog without a mask and not social distancing.

Street law and court law. Two totally different things. PITA having to go to court but surely the judge throws it out. Too bad the arrest will show up on his Federal background check when AA starts hiring again in 47 years.

Until the company collectively bargains with my union on uniform requirements to include masks in my CBA for 200% hazard pay for anytime a mask is required I will not be wearing a mask on duty as it violates the CBA. This is leverage. We need to use it.

Same reason I hate requirements to need a driver's license or pilot certificate. Government shouldn't be controlling what I do.
