What to bring?

The above list is about 17-23 items, and while its useful to know that it pretty much covers everything anyone is likely to ask, but I'd be worried about a place that happens to ask for all. Its as if the FAA or military have issued you an ATP (or the military equivilent) it makes you really suspect, sort of like being judged guilty before being proven innocent.

-Sigh - I know that's the way it is nowadays, all that "permanent record" sort of stuff. Gets me nostalgic for when all you needed was your medical, licenses, transcripts, logbooks and the blue suit. This was pre driver's records, pre drug tests and pre whatever else.

yeah luckily they do all of that TS crap online.....pretty easy to get your printout of your life.......but i just re-newed mine and it was a PAIN because i was right at the start of the transition to the online system.... ugh!!
