LOL! You're joking right? There's not an airline out there that's stock is a sound investment. Remember that Mesa lost $30M in the first quarter and SKW Inc made over $65M. I use the employee stock purchase program which gives a 15% discount, after the purchase period I sale almost immediately! Airline stock, even SWA stock, is just way to uncertain.

As far as Mesa is concerned, there’s not an airline out there that does a better job playing the “Carrot and Stick” game. The only difference is that other airlines don’t beat you after you’ve back down, JO beats regardless. There’s only one thing that you can say about Mesa that you can’t say about other airlines, there predictable. They'll low ball everyone, even if it means losing money, MAG will always try to sell there employees out (Freedom & China) and they'll always have the highest paid Mgmnt group with the lowest paid labor groups.

Mesa (Mess-a) and GoJet (BlowJet) are the two worst airlines in America if not the world.

They really have their act together and always will. NOT. I had a friend who flew there several years ago. After a year of flying there he moved on to another regional. They were still paying him after he left. They ended up paying him for 9 months after he was gone. Too little staff and too much work.

So why does Mesa deserve such a ranking?
Because there are many quality regionals that are hiring which will offer you experience to get on to the "big Iron", no need to work for a company that treats their pilots like dirt............

I like what that one guy said about 100k for flying a 172 in your hometown. I'd do that in a heartbeat.

Last year right before the massive pilot shortage I had a mutual college friend who got hired at mesa....and he bragged and bragged about how he was the first of our group to get a jet job. not only that but he told us that the company seems pretty decent and that he would have taken less than what they offered him. Now I see that he fits right into Mesa's mentality....scum bag
