Lol no, you have bad math. It’s 2x pay rate on both seats that will get dialed back if you ever get forced into minimum guarantee of 62 hours a month.

The real issue with Atlas is the truck driver schedule, absolutely terrible QOL.

There you go again, APC math.

A good friend of mine just showed 13k a month on year 2 FO pay. With 14 days off at his previous regional as a year 2 FO, he would have been somewhere around 3.5k. Yes, a little off 4x, but I thought 4x just looks better than 3.72x.

We have 2 year FO’s making $100,000+ a year in the training department. We have CA’s pulling 120 hours of credit a month doing stand ups. We have check airman in the training department making $300,000.

You can’t take some random guys single month paycheck and go “see look” like that’s not an abnormality. You don’t make 4x moron.

Again, what APC doesn’t show you is the soft money to be made. Alone trip rig will have majority of the folks breaking min guarantee alone. The only time I’ve didn’t break min guarantee is calling out for half of a trip due to dental surgery set back.....

My qol sure as hell beat where I came from and it helps with gateway, anyways.....

Your avgerage line Captain isn’t making making more than your average line FO here.

Personal insults, how tiresome. But that seems to be your MO.

I'm not even going to touch the fact that you have year 2 FOs in the training department.

I don't know, maybe that's the Skywest way. I've always been lucky enough to have instructors with actual experience, not just puppets teaching me rote memorization.
But that's just me.

You’re so corny, we have ground school instructors for our actual ground school, you’re just trying to be sweet at this point.

You just keep proving my point. Can't argue with a Skywest guy. The kool aid is just too strong.

edit: Shoot. I just realized I fell for a troll.

We get it already ok? Your training at the Voy was far superior than anyone else, only the most experienced instructors at the Voy! We’re talking about the cream of the crop when it comes to experience in Off-Roading.
