Not sure what 747 FOs are making at Atlas, but it's pretty easy to make $150k+ per year as a CRJ captain at SkyWest right now. LCAs clear 200k easily. SCA guys do even better.

Whats the soft pay structure that allows that? I believe you, curious to details. Would be nearly impossible at PSA for most captain

That's not even close to what I've heard from others there around the 5-6 year scale, unless you wanna do 4 days off a month or something. Also very interested to hear how you'd manage that.

How are they pulling that? I am curious. I am sure that isn’t the norm outside of LCA and SCAs, but sure we have FOs pulling in 150k plus as well as outliners. My point remains, you avg line CA isn’t making more than your average line FO here at Atlas.

Nobody has said you’re wrong or even cares, not what the argument was ever over. That’s a cool flex though and all, but I’ll pass with the 15+ days away from home.

You still away from the same amount days wherever you are buddy.... but okay. I will take my weeks off at home at a time without using vacation time.

I don’t think it’s a knock against ACMI… nobody gets surprised. But it IS different.
