So for 00 reserve do you just bid the 18 days a month you would like to work and hope for the best, then get a mixture of short call and ready reserve?
Or do you bid for the days off that you want and scheduling fills in the rest with reserve days and flying days? |

Listen, i agree, i would love to see a union. But i am not a fool either, the unions today, represent the big boys. Not the regional guys. They surve a purpose at the majors. But at the regionals, not so much. |
