Again, the compensation numbers that are being bragged about by this company are artificially inflated by conditional bonuses, etc. Almost nobody will be eligible for them all.
Here are the actual pay rates, taken from Connect’s page. As you can see, they are all below market hourly numbers. $250,000 is misleading and will not be true for 99% of applicants.

Once again, and again, you show your total lack of knowledge of this company and its current pay structure. The website has not been updated. Nothing artificial about the pay. You keep going on with trying to bring down the company on this Mickey Mouse website. You really must not have much to do.
