Uh No. Check the roster. Dfw had more fo than ca for the first time in a long time. However mesa has always had more ca than fo and the right seat qualified captains fill any right seat need and the FOs don’t have to sit long on reserve.

ok, help me with my math, I know this is hard. PBS had 60 captains at DFW on the roster this month, and 48 FOs in the bidding hub. Now, when I take my shoes and socks off I can do this. But my math still has captains left after taking all the FOs away from them. FFS, where do you get some of your information? Weren’t you the one pushing the TA and saying we should have accepted the pandemic LOA too?

Those numbers were August. Not now.

Mid sept roster was 57 ca. 62 fo. Put your shoes back on. Taking them off didn’t help you.

Yes I was. We could have had both. I’m still never gonna get that money back. Also look at this recession. It wasn’t the no vote that got us these rates. You know that. Absent the actions of the WO - we would be in trouble with the rejection at this point.

Think about the reader. You know and I know who you work for. But on a general thread like this, there are readers who have no idea. Tell them.

Do like Kevin18 does.

Nobody is hiding anything. I work at Mesa. Where does Kevin18 work? I don’t see anything where he says.

He identifies the numbers as Mesa. You had not identified your numbers. That is the point.

Sorry I didn’t quote his post for context.

Aero Crew News claims that the regional airlines had a 66% attrition rate last year compared to 20% the year before. Can anyone post the current total of pilots on your seniority list? Bonus points if you can list how many captains and how many FOs. The captain imbalance has slowed down FO hiring industry wide and I am very curious how the numbers have changed in the last 6 months.

Would be curious to see how this has changed since 2022.

Majors aren’t going to have lower hiring numbers this year right? Regional pilot numbers are down with lowest mins possible. Hiring has stopped at most regionals. Like a hungry vampire, aren’t the majors going to suck the host dry and drop its ematiatef corpse on the ground. How do the regionals survive and where do those hulls go? Who survives and why?
