May I ask what your obsession is with this subject? I’m genuinely curious. If it’s not this subject it’s a false narrative about flight training costing a minimum of $100k. Are you a low time guy that feels like you were wronged or a shady 135 owner that doesn’t want to pay for a professional pilot. Again, genuinely curious and not looking to debate.

Yes. Probably would have been better to fly instead of bellyaching about the requirements. It seems like more than enough time to get 1500 hours plus 1000 hours of 121 time.

It's a great time to be a street captain. Probably a bad time to try and run a 134.5 certificate though.

I spent over a decade being screwed over and paid crap. No way am I not going to enjoy every minute of this self-inflicted 'shortage.' What goes around comes around.
