i left skw after 7 months. if you go there and youve never made any money in your life, then sure you can be happy there. what bothered me the most was that it seemed like most people there were happy with substandard treatment. from pay and benefits to lack of a binding contract, those were issues that people seemed to think was no big deal because its still better than some other regionals. if you go there, remember not to accept the status quo. you deserve better. dont be brainwaished like half the pilot group there.

Just my honest opinion..... Skywest folks seem to be VERY arrogant. No offense to anyone reading this, Im sure youre not. Its "those other Skywest guys."
But seriously, I usually have the luck of running into crews on my overnights and Skywest folks are way more arrogant than any other crews. However, their flight attendants usually seem to be pretty friendly! Maybe its just my luck, I dont know. But, it just seems that way.
I even interviewed out there, and one of the guys asked me "What makes you think youre good enough to work at Skywest?" during my one on one. I just laughed. But still got offered a j-o-b.
