Default AA WOs who left after taking the bonus $…

…How’d it go?

I’m at an AA wholly owned and am about to bail. I tried to stay on as long as I could. But the grass is greener and all that stuff.

I haven’t spent anything that I’ve taken so payback will be easy. But if you have taken any bonus and left I’d like to hear what your experience was. Did they offer payment plans? Expect the full amount and give you grief when you try and get the taxed amount back (w2s and what not)? I’m guessing ALPA won’t give back the money they took out of it either.

Just trying to get some info from anyone who’s gone through this before.

That's as good as money, sir. Those are I.O.U.'s.

Go ahead and add it up, every cent's accounted for.

Look, see this? That's a car. Two hundred and seventy five thou.

Might wanna hang onto that one.

Remember to write or take screen shots of all the finance/ payroll/ HR points of contact and phone numbers before you turn in your iPad. Lots of people that left are asking in the group FB pages for that stuff later when they are trying to chase down an adjusted W-2, last pay discrepancy
, etc.
