Deez,

The Lockheed was a beautiful jet, with an enomorous cockpit. For its' time-the early 70s- it had a wonderful autoflight system with true autoland capabilities.

Like Delta, we had them at TWA. Very fast, sexy, and when those RB211s started, the triple spools had a distinctive tone to them.

Unfortunately, with all the smoke that came out of them, they'd have to change the ATIS because the field would go IMC.

The new E-jets have a nice modern, user friendly look to them. I'd say the 787 and the new A350 are probably going to set new standards as far as flightdecks are concerned.

I have flown the CASA 212, ATR, EMB 145, CRJ 700, B737, and the A320. I definetly like the A320 cockput the best. Very roomy

The Fokker F-28. Steam powered gauges. Separate captain and FO throttles, so none of this hand holding crap setting the power. Roomy and big. I miss that ole Jurassic Jet.

Never been in one, but I've heard from a few the Do-328 is right up there.

I’m partial to the C-130E. It has got two bunks right behind the co-pilot.

True story, that way you don't have to fight over a bunk with the Nav!

Who doesn't love the clutter free Beech 1900D?

I'm pretty partial to the dash 8 with the HUD. Sweet bird.
