yes and ORD, IAD, and ATW.

 

No. United used to provide passengers to AWAC and we brought them to their final destination. They closed the link in the chain.

Just kidding. Sort of....

AWAC is not bad. Probably like all the other so-called 'regionals' out there. That said, I would recommend a couple of other carriers before AWAC unless you live near one of the domiciles or have a good reason to work here.

But we do have a lot of good people here and the flight dept., maintainance and training are tops. We think we have it bad until we are told about some of the crap that goes on at other carriers. Yesterday in PWM I saw a United Express crew camped out in the lobby of the hotel. Someone dropped the ball. Our manuals are always up to date. Not the case at every other contract 'regional' carrier.

If I were starting over I would not hesitate to focus on ExpressJet and Skywest. You can for sure do worse than AWAC, but I think you can do better too.

 

UAL Express in PWM was most likely GoJet....so there's your sign .

 

Bizzum, I sent my resume in 2 weeks ago with 905/138, and no call....Whats the deal? are they backed up or what? I know they want pilots but must not be to desperate! Thanks

 

They will get to yours. They have gotten a ton of resumes lately, with those times you will get a call.....just be patient!

Actually, I only saw 3 crew members. But still, sucks to not have a room. Prolly the hotel's fault though.
