Shane, are you saying that it's always ethical to hit on ugly girls, or that it doesn't matter whether it's ethical or not?

I'm sure they would know they're ugly and would probably think that you're trying to make them feel more appreciated....
Unless you're stuck in Sh!thole like KJAN.
Then it wouldn't matter, I guess.....

Hitting on girls is always fun man!
Even if it just cus you're bored..it's always hilarious to see how the passenger would react to the guys asking her out that have her life in hands

Holy moly! I went to work and this thread grew an extra 5 pages!

A little late for the Top Gun bashing, but I'll turn up the flame fuel. I agree the film was cheesed way up and the producers didn't care a lick about how an airplane flies.

Still, I've been known to leave it running in the background with the volume muted. My grudge with the film is that Art Scholl (one of the best all-time display pilots) died filming it. That whole flat spin mess? With a big honking 80's technology camera strapped to his tail, his plane wouldn't recover.

Anyway.. Rock on! I've learned about as much from this tread as the one about CA pet peeves for FO's and FA's!

Sorry, bro, but while Memphis Belle certainly gets credit for having some awesome warbird flying, it is no more a realistic depiction of WWII bomber flying than Top Gun is of 80s fighter flying.
