Popa....I dont like to cause controversy, esp on these forums...and since you have 1,000 posts (when you reply to this 
) , i must say that you saying Top Gun was not a good movie is completley erroneous because that couldnt be farther from th e truth...its a great movie and in 1986... it was well ahead of its time....if you can tell me a better movie about flying/sports..cause yes it was about sports w a trophy up for grabs and competition up the a$$ ...dont not ever say that again, please....if you dont think that is a good movie then tell me and the rest of these aviators on this website what is a good movie in your opinon??? thank you !

Popa, nice pic, I am LAMO , and Slice yes i agree that all of the movies you have mentioned above are in fact true classics....im not saying Top Gun was "right on" with how flying realy is or dogfighting for that matter/life in the Navy,but you have to admit there are some great lines in that movie and the way it was presented onscreen is makes it a great film, sorry if you disagree, def not trying to fight about it cause everyones got their own opinions, but I as well as a lot of people think its a great movie...glad to see you put Shawshank on here cause even though Ive seen it a dozen times, everytime TBS or TNT runs it and i am watching tv i end up sitting there watching the whole thing....good calll....field of dreams is up there too...

I'd take it an extra step for clarification and ask:
Like the pilot who gets stopped at security with booze on his breath or gets caught smuggling contraband, the public will hear "airline pilot" and not much else. When the media reports the story of the pilot who hits on the 17 year old by mistake, or the HR professional who reports him, or any other good idea gone bad - the entire profession gets a black eye.
So with the question being is it ethical, in my mind, no, it's not ethical.

Ahhhhhh yeah, well for one most of them are divorced so they were hitting on somebody other than their spouse, and second they are much older (mostly) so they would come across as pervs, and no I haven't "hit" on any pax, but I do my fair share of flirting, more times than not I get hit on by hot moms
