On an unrelated note: Volcanic ash is extremely damaging to the respiratory system. It can cause severe upper respiratory infections, sinus infections, etc. One of the FIRST things the Dr tells a patient is NOT to travel. Doctors in other continents (Australia, Asia, EUROPE) consult foreigners paying cash very quickly, and it is cheaper than you'd think.

Seems like Comair management has violated the whole contract. So whats the point of a contract. Sounds like there never is consequences for violations

Any one know how long ground school is going to be for the recalled pilots?

I am thinking less than a month. They have me deadheading to CVG on May
2, and deadheading back home on the 24. Granted things can always change.
