TD people from Iran are of persian descent and therefore are not arabs. Anyways I feel much safer now know that you are looking out for people that dont fit the traveling profile that you so graciously have created. And other than the persian thing, yeah it pretty much just is arabs as far as the airline thing (19 guys all of arab descent). Other terrorist attack involving airliner with ties to the US, PanAm flight 103 I believe, guess who bombed that TD, yes once again members of a terrorist organization with middle eastern roots.

Then again, the world needs it's Barney Fifes I guess.
You're totally right. This is what happens when you vest authority in the uneducated. TSA people are too busy being into themselves to actually spot irregularities in security. It really bothers me how poor the airport security still is...

Someone on here mentioned van drivers which reminded me of one driver in particular in Charleston, WV..... Anyone who's flown there for SkyWest or Air Wisconsin knows who I'm talking about.... The man absolutely refuses to use the brakes from the terminal (located on top of a plateau) all the way to the hotel.... It's the only time I've found it necessary to seat in the back of the van with seat belt and shoulder harness on. On a side note, he also likes to yell at people in the morning who are either late or grabbing a last minute donut. If your living is based on tips, not a good move.

The reason the FAA allows infants to be held on laps is because they have concluded that if they charged for a seat for the infant, a high % of people would drive instead of fly which ultimately is less safe and in the totality of things would create more deaths and injuries due to the much much higher incidence of death/injury per mile in the automobile versus a commercial airliner.

People forget that 40,000 people a year die in cars and 200,000 are permantly injuried in some way. If the airlines had a record like that, they'd all be shutdown.

Cruising around at 60 mph, 5nm outside the ADIZ in a J-3 when a Patrol-Blackhawk took up position a mile or two off my left wing.

Yeah I saw my career flash before my eyes...
