I am just about to finish systems this week. My interview was tough, but fair, READ the gouges!!!!! Know your jepps, you current aircraft, some weather and situational ?s.....be yourself, dont give "canned" answers, and dress nice. Yes we had 3 in my interview class....1 flight instuctor,, 1 kid that did a CRJ transition course, and then myself, i had 135 experience. My flight times were 470 and 110 ME at the time of the interview, i got a little over 500 TT now,....I DID NOT have glass time, nor did the CFI, but we were the ones who got hired. The kid who had the CRJ course didnt get past the first day to get a shot at the sim, I dont know why, maybe he wasnt [prepared] .....as far as teh sim goes, relax, its an airplane, the instructor gives you a great briefing before....he knows you have nt got jet time (if you dont) and all they are looking for is the willing to learn, a positive attitude and good instrument skills...show some good CRM with whoever you ar paired w/ and you ll be fine....best of luck , hope to see you here.....I like it so far, they have an excellent training dept.
