Mesa or Trans States

Just curious which you would choose if you had the choice. I would have to commute with either airline. I hear that TSA has a faster upgrade and more days off a month. I realize both suck but which would be better to get the time and move on?
Thanks

Neither flight instruct and go to SKW EXJ AWAC or any other good airline out there.

Choosing an airline to work for is not like picking up chicks at a bar; "go ugly early" does NOT apply here!

Agreed. With all the info out there on these places why contribute to the decline of the profession by accepting substandard conditions. Be patient. You'll be happy you waited a little longer. There's a reason FO's at Mesa are making lateral moves in droves.

If you absolutely had to do one or the other, do TSA. Faster upgrade.

And block or better.

Commuting sucks. Don't commute for either carrier. Instruct a little longer and go somewhere that works for you.

It depends on what the commute is.

In other news, I was in a crewroom at IAD that Mesa uses and there was a graph on the wall that dealt with attrition. For 2007 so far, they have lost over 700 pilots.

Kinda like asking if you would rather be kicked in the balls with a size 13 steel-toed boot or size 14.
