Who has a training contract these days? Lakes, Colgan, RAH.
What for? The training contract is a joke. Well above stock options? Hell no. You're last worry should be a training contract. It's only 2 years and if you manage to bolt early for better then just go. Not worth the paper it's on. More of a scare tactic. They asked me how long I planned on staying with the company in my interview and I told them flat out, "until hired by mainline, Cargo, or NetJets". Never worry about the training contract. If you want to work here then do it. When you want to leave then leave. Just don't go making lateral moves.
