Anyone out there knows what Piedmonts looking for in attire on the interview

I have 1 suit, worn it to three interviews, gotten all three jobs. Black suit, silver tie. It does not matter what color your tie is, just use common sense!

black suit, have your shirt ironed!!
try to use light colors!!! nothing too flashy, yet it has to look neat and professional!! Forget about what the latest fashion style is and try to look like you want to be the president.
