Talking

Wear something that looks conservative and professional.

1) Navy Blue Suit
2) White Shirt
3) Tie, (Either Solid Color or stripes)
4) Black Shoes (make sure you polish them and got black socks to go with them)
5) Make sure you got a decent hair cut
6) No facial hair (If ya do, make sure you trim your 'stache)
7) Get a good night sleep if you can before the interview so you don't have bags under your eyes or look tired
8) Have you paper work all organized

Remember: You got 15 mins to sell yourself. So your appearance contributes a lot to you getting hired cuz it tells what kinda guy you are.

Good Luck!

Now im sure if u go to interview at Mesa....you can get away with wearing a Clown Suit
I wonder how much a CRJ FO knows about what big time business executives think?

I've been a pilot, I've been a business exec...and I laughed out loud reading this thread.

Your suit cannot get you hired - but your attire can definitely get you rejected. More important than the color is the condition of the clothes: clean and ironed. (I would not trust the hot shower routine.) If you need to fly in the night before, I would recommend taking the shirt to a dry cleaner to be pressed and folded. You can then take it out and put it on without a problem. Poly/wool suits travel pretty well - but take it out and make sure it isn't wrinkled. And do pay attention to your shoes. Wear them when you fly down, and let the airport shoeshine guys give them the treatment.

Bottom line is look like a professional pilot. Power tie no power tie, it doesn't matter. Look the part and feel comfortable in your clothes.
