99% huh? of how many? some of your post make you sound pretty new to the game.

Even at the 1000 ft separation I thought we were goners - at that altitude, your eyes can deceive - and at 1000 kts closure I had 1 second after I saw them and they were right on top of us...

Don't you think that guy knows a thing or two about what he's talking about? IMHO, his thoughts on this issue matter more than most because he's been at an ALPA carrier and is now working under SAPA. He knows first hand how much better things can be.

And we've got tons of ex-ALPA carrier folks here who are ADAMENTLY opposed to ALPA.

Frankly, this poster is in the minority in that group.

And your sample is scientific? I'm very reluctant to speak in generalizations, you seem to paint with a pretty broad brush. I hope as my SAPA rep you use a little more detail when representing me.

And uhhh all those ex-alpa guys are planning on going to an ALPA carrier right? So they "adamantly" oppose ALPA, yet plan on going ALPA again? Maybe when they go to delta they can get rid of that damn union, and get a dapa organization there, wouldn’t that be great, no union dues, no scope etc, etc, etc.

I doubt it, if for no other reason than, who's gonna take SkyWest to court to disband SAPA IF the ALPA vote fails. I seriously doubt ALPA will care after this is all over. I also read the entire judge's opinion on SAPA from the preliminary hearing, and he wasn't as negative toward SAPA as the ALPA newsletters have had us believe. Either way, IF ALPA is out after the 6th, who's gonna care enough to go to court, spend money on attorney's and court fees to disband SAPA.

Bla,

Nowhere did I state, or imply, that anybody opposed to ALPA was, or was not, "going" anywhere.

Nowhere did I state, or imply, that anybody was getting rid of any unions at any carriers.

You sound childish.

No, I haven't conducted any scientific studies to blather on the internet, nor will I be doing so in the future.... I doubt you will be, either.

I do appreciate your comments about generalizations, however. Why don't you review your comments pertaining to SAPA in this very thread (if you're not reluctant to do so).

Now, you want me to perform "detailed" representation for you at SAPA, but you've admitted that you couldn't even vote, to give any credibility to the organization (amongst your other comments on the organization).

Ya, I got your request.

Whether I voted for you or not and why does not in any way absolve your responsibility to represent me. I'm surprised at your public admission of how well you plan to do your duty.

You need to get the chip off your shoulder if you are to have any hope of being effective.
