Nope, that's Ms. Galore from Goldfinger, my favorite character from any Bond film. Really, what's better than a blond pilot who has her own flying school? Plus her uniform is cute than mine.

Yeah the most popular thing wears thin pretty fast. In fact most of us anticipated that so we tried to hide the fact that we had cars. Kind of a tricky thing to do when some of us didn't take the van to class with everyone else.

Why not rent a car? I'm pretty sure you can get an economy rental for <$100/week. Maybe you can even split it with some of the other guys/gals.

If I drove my car 13 hours that would cost me $150-200 each way just in gas alone.

That might be better than driving 16 hours...enterprise has always treated me well.

Hmm that's actually a good idea if you could split it with a couple other guys. Otherwise it wouldn't be so great...

Track, what will you do with your car when you go for sim training? You may not have enough time to drive there and leaving it at the hotel may not be the safest thing. Ohio to Montreal sounds like a long haul.

That's a good question. I'm hoping sim training will be in CLT since that's where i want to be based. But i also heard that they give you some time inbetween ground school and the sim training. So i'm assuming i'd have enough time. If not i could leave it at my families house in Cincinnati.

I drove about 17 hours to have my car at training, which took just over 2 months so I figured it was worthit. Was definately glad to have it, made life a lot easier out there.
