Boy, it's hard to quantify that sort of thing, but anyone who accepted a job at mesa after 2005 has questionable judgement, and anyone hired in 2007 must have some sort of an issue...they are at least guilty of gross ignorance. Prior to 2006 mesa was not THAT bad (at least not all the time), they had large, growing western bases, and fast upgrades.

Unless you worked as the sole CFI at the sole airport in a county in upper new england which has not yet been wired for the internet, it's inconcievable that any career pilot type was not warned about mesa, or at least prompted to do some research.

Any mesa FO under three years has to be nuts not to leave. Or so incompetent/lazy that they can't get hired at another regional despite their mesa 121 experience.

maybe they are getting hired there at low time, pass the 121 training, fly for about 3 months, then apply to skywest..........that in my opinion would make them smart, not the idiot ya'll so claim they would be.........each has his/her own agenda, and if they can use MESA to their benefit, go for it!!!!

Ask them about junior assignments, 5+ MELs on a jet, standup overnights, $80 million owed to Hawaiian, their CEO's criminal history, why they aren't block or better, only 8 days off a month min when most companies give 12 and about the two aircraft that recently went off runways.

Also, ask them why 600+ FOs left this year.

Then, apply to a quality company and work there.

Can't ya'll see it? Life at Mesa will never, never, ever be okay. JO is a crook and hates Pilots. He'd rather see the place burn down than give into anything, including a strike. He's going down with the rotten ship now...and loving every second of it. It's what he is...there is nothing to change that.

NO! It's not ok when you can go to other airlines with the same TT! Yes the others are low on the totem pole but they're not at the bottom!

My statement needs no clarification. Those in ground school are ignorant for not doing the proper research. Others who are currently there are no longer ignorant because they are currently being abused by MAG and fully understand what we were talking about. Those who stay are idiots, that is if they aren't CA's, if they are CA's then they should leave the minute they get hired by a Major! If anyone thinks that flying a jet is worth JO & Companies abuse then they are our industries enemy.

Just my opinion, I'm really not trying to start anything.

There but for the grace of God...

Plenty of stones to throw without going there.
