...do any of you believe that with the passage of the age 65legislation, that 121 pax FO pay will increase? My reason for asking is that a conclusion could be drawn that signals movement among FO's jockeying for position in terms of upgrade, pay, QOL, etc. since they will be sitting in the right seat for a bit longer.

Yeah, one thing that has not been mentioned is how a sale affect hiring choosing domicle status. One thing that bugs me being BOS based is we will lose rights to fly that shuttle routes under APA's scope. Definitly puts BOS and LGA domicles in trouble. The company admited that they will lose roughly 250 point to point flights out of the NE and RDU. Service will definity be scaled back, whether it amounts to furlough or not who knows.

According to the last seniority list that I saw, the junior Miami ATR CA award was hired in Oct. 99. Any upgrade at Eagle is about 8 years. Doubt it will really get much better. Only was 140 or so flowbacks left there before I left Eagle, and a TON of very senior FOs waiting for only the EMJ or CRJ upgrade.
