Merry Christmas guys, from a cold and now snowy Colorado.

0515 show tomorrow for six legs, and four legs the next ending at 1300. Off for 4 days afterward.

 

Merry Christmas! Just had a nightmare trying to get home! Land in LAX yesterday to find our inbound a/c is delayed out of ORD (no surprise there)...sit in LAX for three hours, head to SAT and finally back to ORD just in time to miss the last flight to NY...after United cancelled a bunch (no idea why - they had mainline cxl's all over the Country yesterday)...including their FFOD this morning.

Ended up getting a seat on American...I have never seen a scowl like I did on the Gate agents face when I requested the J/S. What a miserable guy. The Crew was miserable, the FA's were miserable. I was just happy to get on an Airplane...! Figured I'd win some friends with Donuts (after all, America runs on Dunkin), so I brought a dozen to the a/c with me...and it didn't even win me one of the many open first-class seats

I don't care how lousy working Christmas is...we still need to at least pretend to be happy LoL. Please smile next time you pass a pax or fellow Pilot!

 

Merry Christmas everyone... Sucks to hear some of the schedules and where some of you are stuck but hopefully things turn out better than expected. A big thanks as well to all those defending our country abroad!
