Anyone got a "sneak-peak-leak" on our new SKYW payscale?

What happens if everybody votes "no" and management says, "T.S. Deal with it?"
Not union flame, just a legit question. I'm curious as to how that works over there.

Ask yourself why Mgmnt would care to increase our pay if we just accepted a policy good through 2011 and moral is high enough to vote down ALPA. Why would they pay us more if they don't have to? We're happy so why? Have you ever heard of an airline choosing to increase their pilots pay after they’ve approved a new TA. Regardless Mgmnt has done a great job over the past 35 years of keeping moral and pay high, that's why we trust them.
Bottoms Up!

Jet Jock, you are still flying for less than everyone else in the industry. Most everyone, especially ASA, have better provisions than you. The pilots at ASA put their stuff together and got a great contract. Now you will be happy and ride their shirtails. You would make me sick, but I see the #'s, and you lose.

1% less than ASA's contract. Any new flying picked up by Skywest Inc will go to Skywest Airlines because their rates will be lower than ASA's. That's what I've been told is the best the company will give.

The very simple facts, that are easy to find, don't support this statement. Unless, of course, you define "the industry" different than everybody else.

I'm not sure the actual ASA pilots we have at SkyWest would agree with you.
There are few provisions, however, that I would agree with you on. ASA requires 250 hours for a new hire at $23-ish /hr. SkyWest still requires 1000 hours, at $19.25 /hr.
I don't care to compete with the former; the latter will be resolved within the next month.

Might wanna go see a doctor if you think you're getting sick. Also, you might brush up on your basic math skills, while you're at it.
SKW pilots are not negotiating a new contract, by the way. Just (primarily) pay issues that the new ASA contract wouldn't even consider mid term.
Finally, I've got to say that there is no reason that we shouldn't be at the front of the pack in EVERY category amongst our regional peers and AT LEAST equal to our sister company.
I believe we'll meet that challenge in the coming weeks.
