Apparently its $500 a year unless you have some sort of elite status.

The $400 a year (plus a %50 initiation fee) for the NWA worlclub is worth every penny. Get one cup of coffee there per work day, as opposed to hitting starbucks, you will easily make your money back. You also have snacks, and if you have a boarding pass for your commute home, free cocktails wile you wait. In addition, you can take 2 guests in with you, so treat your crew on those productivity sits. Uniforms are not allowed, but you just need to cover up with a fleece or change into a polo shirt.
If you want to take it a step further, one of our guys sleeps in our quiet room instead of getting a crashpad or hotel. In the AM, he will head over to the worldclub in DTW terminal A where they have showers. I dont take it that far, but that could save a commuter a lot of money.
