Guys, calm down with the doom and gloom. It does NOT make financial sense to offer enhanced LOA's and then furlough anyway. We really are not that fat on pilots. When spring comes even if a little more flying is given to us, we would still need the current number to staff them. I HIGHLY doubt there will be planes parked. These LOA's are geared towards everyone, not just pilots. From what I understand, FA's are pretty heavy and they want them to take the LOA's more than anyone else. Its not the end of the world, be glad it was LOA's and not furloughs as originally was the thought in January.

I like how it says they are "pleased to offer" and and our work history must be in good standing. Like it's some sort of priveledge to be "awarded" one of these LOA's.

BRIEF-Mesa Air auditor concerned about material weakness - News - CNBC.com
Do you guys know if PSA is going to recieve the CRJ's or does Airways have another wonderful idea to give them to someone other than their wholy owned. |
I don't think those 200's are going to anyone. They are 200's that fly on the airways system out of PHX. I believe this is airways way of cutting flights.
