That would be exactly one month after they declared chapter 11. I don't know bankruptcy law, but that probably means something to the lawyers. I am taking bets, odds are 3 to 1 they reorganize and stay in business. Their employees will get screwed however.

Here is the way I see it as far as options to speed upgrades.
1.) We have to go to 121 flight and duty times meaning more crews per aircraft.
2.) We get more codeshare flights from Alaska. (Fairbanks has been a rumor)
3.) Era goes bankrupt and we take over their codeshare flights.
4.) Somebody finally leaves for the majors.
5.) The bill to drill offshore in Bristol Bay passes and we double our flights.
6.) I win the lottery, buy a SAAB, and crown myself king and captain.
What do you think will happen first? We are so in the dark, I am not sure anyone really knows.
