The letter from the fund manager did what it was intended to do...raise the stock of XJT. Period end.

I bet they sold a bunch of XJT stock today.

Buy on the rumor, sell on the news.

The stock price didn't increase all that much. ($2.55/share as of close today, I think.) I doubt the hedge fund sold anything at all. They still paid more than twice that price.
