You need at least 100 hrs in PNCL, but if you never flew the CRJ don't expect to upgrade in less than 6 months. The People that upgrade that quick is because they have CRJ time like all the guys we are getting from COMAIR. 3500TT is the minimum which I think 2000 turbine you have to have at least.

The upgrade is still quick although there is now a minimum of 100 hours on PNCL A/C prior to upgrade regardless of TT.
However, be careful about coming to PNCL before we get a contract. With everything that's going on now, it's a game of russian roulette...

Then, you need to do at least 100 hrs with a Captain mentor.
Then, once you get 2000 TT (and 1500 of that at Pinnacle), you can upgrade.
