Hope mgmt notices this one while they're suing alpa!!! Anyone care to comment if you think this was "safety efforts" or unavoidable stuff like wx/mx???

Wholly owned subsidiary Pinnacle Airlines Inc., which flies as Northwest Airlink for Northwest Airlines Corp. (NYSE: NWA), achieved a 95 percent completion factor in January, a decrease of 2.6 points from January 2007. Completion factor reflects the percentage of completed scheduled flights to total scheduled flights.

On-time arrivals dropped 5.7 percent in January with the company reporting 72.9 percent compared to 78.6 from the same period a year ago. On-time departures were at 77.8 percent, down 7.2 percent from the same period a year ago when the company reported 85 percent for on-time departures.

On-time arrivals and departures reflect the percentage of scheduled flights that arrive and depart within 14 minutes of their scheduled arrival and departure times. The average length of a Pinnacle flight was 450 statute miles compared to 454 statute miles in January 2007.

Based in Memphis, Pinnacle Airlines Corp. (NASDAQ: PNCL) owns two airlines, Pinnacle Airlines Inc. and Colgan Air.

For the record, my last 3 day had only 2 on time departures. (out of 12 legs)

I am eager to hear some news on these latest arbitrations.... Even just 1 in our favor will greatly change the negotiation climate around here.

Personally, I'm dissappointed...it should be in the 50-60% range I believe. We still must have CA's trying to "help" the company rather than be professionally safe. Feb. should be worse especially with the rash of "helpful" memos we get on a weekly basis.
Maybe the company's on time performance is around the 50% range...they count any length beyond sched. dept./arrival as a delay not the DOT's 15 min.
