Cleveland went fairly junior. However, it is a brand new base, and I would venture to guess that some are just waiting to see how the lines are, etc. to actually make the move to Cleveland. Right now, it looks like the most junior FO is a 12/17/07 hire. I would imagine you could hold CLE right out of training, or very shortly thereafter.

What I meant is do you think the E-170 will ever have a NYC base?

Yes but the odds of getting hired onto the CRJ right now are slim. They just had a few new hire classes go through and some got IAH.

I am in the Mar. 5th class for RJ and we still didn't get our bases. In addition there is an April 1st and May 5th class that have CRJ people in them. So, getting IAH is a possibility.

I thought you got the CRJ. I must be remembering wrong. I was in the March 5th class with 24 others and 2 CA upgrades. Half got the CRJ and the other half ERJ. I am in systems now for the E. I feel like I went through about a month of college in the last 4 days. I had heard that CHQ was a little tougher. Now I believe it. I wonder why they canceled the ERJ class behind me? That kind of sucks.
