You'll need 1200 total for PIC 135 freight. SIC 121 freight in WA? About the only one I can think of is Empire out of Coeur D Alene, ID. I don't think they hire low timers, either.
Aeroflight is reputed to be hiring ut of BFI.

best glades and off trail skiing in Vermont. 8 lifts and a tram. Cheap tickets too. The facilities aren't that fancy but its so far north the mass-holes and other pesky flatlanders stay away.

I live there so while you might consider this biased info, I consider it local knowledge.
