Default Where can I find the rules for posting on APC?

Please point me to it because I can't find anything that prohibited what was posted on the CrewPASS threads. Thank you.

Thanks ToiletDuck. I knew I had read them but couldn't find them in my quick search for them. I guess the rule falls under the part that says, "The owners of Airline Pilot Central Forums reserve the right to remove, edit, move or close any thread for any reason."

My bad. I apoligize.

Again. This is the final answer.

If you have a problem with this, talk to HSLD.

As mentioned in the private message that I sent you, there are some disclosure concerns we have with respect to your post. Specifically, you are linking to a web site that is not ALPA, asks for personal information, does not provide a privacy policy on how that information is used, and uses non-secure forms to collect the personal information.

Further, respondents to the linked website are opting-in to direct mail marketing campaigns - again without disclosure from ALPA or the third party service provider.

If this is how ALPA prefers to do business, fine. Airline Pilot Central has no obligation to host messages that can be considered spam and political content, in fact both are in violation of our terms of service.

I'll repeat that the message is important and we support universal access. However, we also stand behind our forum rules and the ability to make a judgment call.

If you need more info, instead of posting new threads like this one, please respond to my PMs, I'd be happy to [again] try to explain our concerns.
