I hear all of these terrible stories, like the ERJ pilot above. I know it is still happening, but it is far more few and far between then in previous times.

Like I said, I'm an extremely junior CA so I should be getting completely screwed, but at current, I'm not.

I had that same choice to leave about 3 months ago (to RW) and I stayed and upgraded. Tough choice. So far I don't regret it, as I am logging TPIC.
I hope you're not on the ERJ...ornstein has (and will) furlough out of seniority to save training costs.

paxhauler85.. How long have you been at Mesa? Curious what the upgrade time was for you and on what airplane?
