http://www.alpa.org/DesktopModules/A...ModuleId=12567 Arbitrator rules Pinnacle Airlines Corp. and Pinnacle Airlines, Inc. functioned as alter egos to sidestep pilots’ contract Pinnacle pilot profits bought you guys those airplanes. Did you forget? XJT might as well buy Republic some E175s and call it good if you think that is fair and just. You guys should be stapled. You guys think that Saab and I are off our rocker. We think you guys are for working for crap companies. XJT is not high on the horse, we just respect the profession a bit more than you. The arbitrator found that PNCL and PAI were alter egos functioning as a single employer I'm not sure how to make it clearer, maybe that's how YOU want to interpret it but that's NOT what your quoted article says. It's just simple reading comprehension. Pinnacle holdings and Pinnacle airlines are alter egos of EACH OTHER. Neither the arbitrator nor ALPA called Colgan an alter ego... ever. Seriously, do you see the difference? |

I personally think we should have never bought them, leaving them to end up like Big Sky or Skyway. That being said it isnt the Colgan pilots fault. |
As I understand it CAL owns the airplanes and pays for the gas, Colgan provides the crews and maintenance. The Q deal was in the works, way before Pinnacle bought Colgan. Pinnacle Holdings bought Colgan to diversify and get access to the Colgan codeshare partners.
