I don't know who has "the best" but, World's training is top notch and very professional.....not to mention, the toughest training that I have ever been through. The instructors not only know the airplanes, they know the craft of instruction. They absolutely will not let you slide on anything but, they will work with you.

We had a ramper teaching my initial new hire CRJ class. Yes, a ramper. Zero flying experience whatsoever. I do agree upgrade was better...it just had to be
