I don't know who has "the best" but, World's training is top notch and very professional.....not to mention, the toughest training that I have ever been through. The instructors not only know the airplanes, they know the craft of instruction. They absolutely will not let you slide on anything but, they will work with you.

I have to say that the initial was horrible in 06, but the upgrade is much much better than the initial. Maybe this has to do with having a check airman teaching our upgrade class.

We had a ramper teaching my initial new hire CRJ class. Yes, a ramper. Zero flying experience whatsoever. I do agree upgrade was better...it just had to be
