Damn man.....u really know your stuff. (rickair777 that is.) I hate to ask but what does OPSPEC stand for?....operation specs maybe?

Would there be any difference if flying right seat on a Twin Otter?...just like Scenic Airlines?

If a 121 operator is using Caravans they have problems since single engine airplanes are specifically prohibited for use in 121 operations.

There is no such thing as "Bad" flight time.. all of it is good. If SE turbine in a Caravan is what is available, take it. I have lots of friends from the navy flying for SWA and NWA with only helo and SE turboprop time. They were flight instructors in T-34s, which is considered quality time, but it's still SE turboprop. If you can get the ME turbine job.. buy all means ..TAKE IT. Caravan time as a young guy putting your time in is quality time. Just plan on looking for a ME job ASAP.
