Acutally there will be some movement. According to the flowplane there are at least 10 that have been awarded upgrade but have not started training yet. Between that and base transfers of people above you I saw I on there. I would expect to hold a cmp line, maybe even a hard line by the fall. Don't forgot the new folks coming in below you too.

The school house is full. All of the Ground school inst were all AA INST. so now that they are all going back we have no inst. It takes time to get new inst up to speed. The upgrades will cont next month
