I agree wear the tie until they tell you to take it off, it shows respect and the first impression is still important. It is a professional image you still want to carry out.

Once behind closed doors loosen it up and get down to business.

I have no problem wearing a tie and don't understand it when people want to loosen em up or take them off. It doesn't bother me at all. And i think you look weird if your wearing a dress shirt but no tie.

haha no but let me tell you there is nothing worse than your girlfriend calling you to say how much she misses you and wants you around and there's nothing to do but continue to study profiles.

everyone in the industry has been there. it's tough.

if you're gonna miss her that much to the point it might screw up your studying, get married first. Then you wont miss her one bit
