I would have to say that Comair has treated me well, we stay in good hotels (same as Delta pilots), we're ALPA, and have an all jet fleet. Being based in the midwest (CVG) is nice too.

The grass is only greener as you get close to the septic tank when it comes to regional airlines.
QOL is the most important thing to me and I'm concerned with living in the DFW area and commuting to CVG especially while on reserve. I can handle the long reserve but the short reserve would be more time consuming for me.

CRJDriver must be distracted looking at his own avatars......

Being one of the only regionals actively hiring I would be advertising the heck out of this place to get more people under me! But like I said do a little research to form your own opinion if you're thinking about coming here.

Sometimes I wish they had a "sarcasm" tag on this board...

thanks for the info!...that is exactly what i'm planning on doing haha. congrats again on the job offer...hopefully ill have the same news in a few days.

I am going up on June 3rd for an interview on the 4th. I am wondering, where are we going to put our bags when we get to the interview? is it not best to leave them at the hotel and go back to get them after the interview?????

nah you leave your bags in the main room while you run around with your heads cut off to the cog and other tests. so bring them with you for the interview so you can peace out to the airport after your done

I did leave my bags at the hotel... It just seemed unprofessional to be lugging around luggage while at an interview.

Jesse, I agree with you, I don't want to bring my bags with me, but at the same time I don't want to have to go all the way back to the hotel. Did you stay at the Holiday Inn? How far from headquarters was your hotel? Any other input you may have about the interview is also appreciated.....
